OUR RANGATAHI

A huge part of what we do and deliver is around our Rangatahi (Young People) and developing their skills and confidence through on the job training and opportunities.

Local Gecko Productions work with local schools and whanau to identify young people who have an interest in this space and then create opportunities for them to learn and succeed.

At our events, these Rangatahi gain hands on experience in camera work, basic editing, setting up equipment and events, health and safety, effective communication and presentation while being mentored by our team members who have the knowledge and expertise to pass on.
